Payment Policy
Once you have customized your itinerary with the "Jordan Round" team to your satisfaction and are pleased with the proposed attractions and activities, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your trip and receive a confirmation letter for the related services.
Please send us a copy of the receipt upon making the deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to your arrival at the destination.
Please ensure that bank transfers are free of any transfer fees.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please review the following guidelines. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our company.
1. Cancellation over 30 days from the date of arrival:
A fee of 10% of the total trip cost will apply.
2. Cancellation between 29 and 15 days from the date of arrival:
A fee of 30% of the total trip cost will apply.
3. Cancellation between 14 and 7 days from the date of arrival:
A fee of 75% of the total trip cost will apply.
4. Cancellation within 6 days from the date of arrival: No refund will be provided.

If your cancellation reason is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be eligible to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.
